CANA Talk - "The Weight and the Work"

What if anxiety isn’t something to outrun—but something that can shape who you’re becoming? In this Cana Talk, Dr. Lisa Petronis, a Catholic psychologist and therapist, offers a bold reframe: peace isn’t found at the edge of burnout, but at the center of identity in Christ. Blending over two decades of clinical work, theological formation, and athletic grit, she shows how anxiety becomes bearable—when it becomes formative. Practical tools meet lasting hope, for those ready to live steady, not scattered.
Formed by Fire. Founded on the Rock.

CANA Talks is the flagship initiative of the CANA Network
