Dr. Lisa Petronis

Bio

Dr. Lisa Petronis is a Catholic psychologist, LMFT, and founder of  Jūratė Psychotherapy and Consulting, where she has served individuals, couples, and families for over 25 years. Her practice offers therapy that is psychologically rigorous, spiritually anchored, and deeply restorative—especially for those navigating anxiety, trauma, and relational pain.

With a PhD in psychology, advanced training in trauma recovery and family systems, and formation in Catholic theology and spiritual development, Dr. Petronis integrates clinical excellence with theological depth. A former collegiate athlete and current boxing trainee, she brings discipline, clarity, and grit to every space she enters.

She also leads Halleluya Living and Warrior of the Kingdom, faith-based coaching and formation programs that extend her mission beyond the therapy room—for Catholics seeking strength, clarity, and identity in Christ.
Formed by Fire. Founded on the Rock.

CANA Talk - "The Weight and the Work"

What if anxiety isn’t something to outrun—but something that can shape who you’re becoming? In this Cana Talk, Dr. Lisa Petronis, a Catholic psychologist and therapist, offers a bold reframe: peace isn’t found at the edge of burnout, but at the center of identity in Christ. Blending over two decades of clinical work, theological formation, and athletic grit, she shows how anxiety becomes bearable—when it becomes formative. Practical tools meet lasting hope, for those ready to live steady, not scattered.
Formed by Fire. Founded on the Rock.
